Bindi is incredibly passionate about all things startup and entrepreneurship around Europe and is the founder of a Boutique Advisory Firm, bindi ventures, focused on advising and connecting the dots across four core Innovation pillars for commercial success (Corporate, Startup, VC Managing Partners, Government)
She has worked in and around technology startups for most of her career – As a Consultant (PwC Consulting), as a Corporate (Microsoft BizSpark /Ventures), as a Startup employee (Trayport), as an Advisor (Startup Europe, TechStars Startup Weekend, Tech London Advocates, European Innovation Council, WEF), as a Connector (GQ UK, the IoD, Evening Standard and Computer Weekly have all recognised this) and as their Banker (the bank fka Silicon Valley Bank). Currently, she is a Venture Partner at Molten Ventures, NED at FTSE 250 Company, Redde Northgate (REDD), sits on Advisory Boards of several startups, a Venture Debt fund (Bootstrap Europe), and has sat on Corporate Digital Advisory Boards (The Very Group, Centrica)
She is very driven by giving back her time and experience to the innovation ecosystem, and as such, serves as a Board member at the University of East London, is an Ambassador/former Board Member for the European Innovation Council and Startup Europe, sits on the Boards of Tech Global/London Advocates, ICE (International Community of Entrepreneurs) Snowball,British American Project and was appointed by World Economic Forum to their “Digital Leaders of Europe” Group.
She is a strong advocate for promoting DEI in Tech, and continues to be shocked at the poor levels of investment in both underrepresented founders and VC Funds across Europe.
